Teenagers face many life issues, and having the time to explore their feelings is crucial to their mental well-being. Through mentoring & Coaching, Individuals are supported to manage stress, anxiety, social situations, organisational skills, life events and other challenging areas.
Teenagers gain professional support and guidance during their education, or support is offered for children out of education. Strategies and tools are explored during sessions using a combination of coaching and counselling skills.
