My Mission is to plan and deliver bespoke packages to individuals needing support and seeking change in their life. I provide various services for children and families to enhance their mental health and facilitate change.
I am a Humanistic counsellor, “…a perspective that emphasises looking at the whole individual and stresses concepts such as the ‘self’, free will, self-efficacy and self-actualisation. It aims to explore thoughts, feelings and help ways in which individuals perceive themselves. It strives to help individuals fulfil their full potential and maximise their overall well-being”.
Humanistic therapy include a number of approaches, such as Gestalt therapy, solution-focused, transactional analysis and person centred therapy. I can also combine mindfulness and Cognitive behavioural therapy techniques, offering a tailored approach to therapy.
Why Counselling/Psychotherapy ?
In life, we are thrown many obstacles, such as bereavement, separation, job loss, financial difficulties, illness and relationship difficulties. We continue to face challenges that impact our day-to-day life. How we deal with life events is vital to our mental well-being, and there are times when therapeutic support is required. We sometimes feel we are just existing and not living due to life's hustle and bustle, this is where therapy can help.

Mindfulness
Improve your mindset, focus more, and pay attention to your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Discover the new you as you begin a new journey to be more present with your feelings.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person. Mindfulness sessions involve learning about breathing techniques, awareness, difficult emotions and showing loving kindness.
Counselling Children
All Children can receive therapeutic work; children who appear to be struggling with their behaviour and emotions or have been subjected to abuse or life-changing events would benefit from Therapeutic work. Early Intervention with children is essential to support mental health concerns before further difficulties arise.
Direct work includes a range of techniques depending on the child's needs. Visualisation, therapeutic cards, positive affirmation and mindfulness, are powerful tools used during sessions.
Therapeutic work can be provided in schools, homes, therapy centres or any setting where a child feels safe and secure. There are no set sessions as this depends on the need of the child.

Sessions
6-10 sessions, depending on the work required. Specific direct work can also be offered.
Sessions can be based at a school or a therapy centre.
Hypnotherapy
Each one of us is the sum of our experiences. The secret is discovering how those experiences interrelate. Hypnotherapy can help with various issues to help with past & present experiences.
Sessions can be delivered online or in person. Learn about your future self, and stop limiting beliefs from blocking where you want to go in life.
Parent Coaching
Parenting can be challenging and demanding but yet rewarding and beautiful. Learning what works is a task alone; sometimes, parents need additional support and guidance. Parent coaching is about providing strategies in all areas of parenting. Routine, boundaries, sleep patterns, better relationships and self-care are a few.
Parent coaching empowers the parent by providing useful, practical tools to implement in the home. It is about changing and adapting your parenting style to give you less stress, more energy and a better relationship with your children.
Support is offered to Foster carers, parents, guardians and separated parents. One-to-one parent coaching enables change for the whole family.
